Cancellation & Refunds

At Filament Mafia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number to request cancellation. Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) following our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
