We currently ship to all locations within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Sunday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Tamil Nadu & Karnataka --> 3 Day Delivery

Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, North East States --> 9-10 Days Delivery

Other States --> 5-7 Day Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
